Insurance Policy

For your convenience, Fallon Dental Associates accepts most dental insurance plans. While we are part of most insurance networks, our staff will take the time to prepare and file your claim with any insurance company as a courtesy to you. We ask that you remember that your insurance policy is an agreement between the insurance company and you. You are responsible for the remaining balance if your insurance benefits cover less than expected. To better help you, our staff will submit a pre-treatment estimate request to your insurance so that you can receive an estimate of your benefits.

The fees for the services we render are our usual and customary fees which are charged to all patients, both with and without insurance. Your individual policy may use a fixed fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our customary fees. In addition, different dental insurance companies have various types of coverage available. Some insurance companies are more efficient and take care of your claim promptly while other companies can delay payment for up to several months.

Payment Options

Fallon Dental Associates accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as forms of payment. In addition, our office has partnered with CareCredit, a third-party financing company, to provide you with little- to no-interest financing plans. With CareCredit, you can receive the care you need on your time and your budget. Applying for CareCredit is simple and can be done online at CareCredit’s website or at our office with the help of our friendly office staff.
