Meet The Team

Meet Dr. Amy Nygren

I was born and raised in Fallon, Nevada, where my family has been ranching and farming for four generations. I grew up performing on the stage and continued ballet and theater at the University of Nevada, Reno. I received a degree in Chemistry with a minor in Theater and worked as a chemist before realizing I needed more personal interaction. Since I love art, science, and medicine, dentistry was the perfect combination and the best career choice.

I attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine where I fell in love with dentistry. The technology, research, and medical innovations make my career continually progressive and exciting. I enjoy meeting new faces every day, building relationships with patients, and helping them become confident, pain-free, and healthy. My goal is for patients to love their smile and actually enjoy coming to their dental appointments!

I serve as the Chief Delegate for the Northern Nevada Dental Society and am the New Dentist Chair. I attend the annual American Dental Association conference to meet dentists from around the country and take a variety of courses such as implants, root canals, oral surgery, opioids, and clear aligners.

You can find me attending a variety of plays, musicals, festivals, concerts, and sporting events, especially if it involves the Nevada Wolfpack or the Denver Broncos. You might see me helping with choreography or even catch me performing on a local stage myself! I love my large and crazy family that gets together for fun events throughout the year, but my favorite is my little toddler Nathaniel. You might see him running around the office. I love traveling to see new places and experiencing different cultures, and hope that my future includes volunteering and using dental skills in overseas mission trips.

Meet Anehli – Dental Assistant

My name is Anehlí (anna-lee), I am 20 years old. I’ve been working as a dental assistant at Fallon Dental Studio for a year and a half, where I’ve developed a strong interest in procedures like crown placements and deep cleanings. I truly enjoy contributing to patient care and being part of a supportive dental team. I’m currently preparing to begin school to further my education in dentistry, with the goal of becoming a registered dental hygienist in the future.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about traveling, shopping, and discovering new music. Mexico is one of my favorite places to visit. I’m always inspired by its culture, delicious food, and beautiful scenery. These experiences bring joy to my life and encourage me to embrace the beauty of diversity.

Meet Teresa – Hygienist

I received a BS in Biology from University of Nevada, Reno and a BS in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. I have practiced dental hygiene for 31 years and enjoy establishing long-term relationships with my patients throughout my career. I am involved in several community organizations including the Churchill Arts Council and I enjoy traveling with my family.

Meet Lilia- Patient Coordinator

My name is Lilia, I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the Fallon Dental Studio team for the past three years. Throughout my time here, I’ve truly enjoyed connecting with our patients greeting them with a warm welcome and helping them schedule their visits to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is working closely with patients to create dental plans that are thoughtfully tailored to their individual needs.

Outside of the office, I love spending quality time with my husband, Benji, and our one year old daughter, Eliana. I also have a passion for painting and caring for my growing collection of indoor plants. Our two cats are the perfect addition to our little family and always keep things lively at home.

Meet Silvia – Lead Assistant

My name is Silivia, I’ve had the pleasure of working at Fallon Dental Studio for the past 24 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed a true passion for dental assisting.

I truly enjoy building relationships with our patients and ensuring their treatment plans are tailored to meet their individual needs. Outside of work I like to spend my time cooking for my family, watching the sunset, and booking my next vacation.

Meet Anais – Scheduling Specialist

Hello! My name is Anais, and I’ve had the pleasure of working at Fallon Dental Studios for the past two years. This office truly feels like family to me, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with our patients—sharing laughs and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. One of my favorite parts of the job is assisting patients with scheduling, whether it’s with our doctor or hygienists, and ensuring they feel well taken care of.

Outside the office, I stay busy with a second job as a receptionist at the Econo Lodge here in Fallon. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with my two beautiful black cats, Killua and Cleopatra. I also love traveling with my family and unwinding with a good crime documentary. My next travel goal is to visit Japan—I’m especially excited to experience the culture and explore the world of JDM cars.
